The evening begins with a welcome reception before a culinary journey awaits you at six exclusive live cooking stations. The kitchen team led by head chef Hugo-Charles Thiébaut presents sophisticated interpretations of the current menu with seasonal ingredients – creative, modern and full of flavour.
Live music provides the perfect musical accompaniment to round off the evening in a relaxed atmosphere.
We will be supported by our partners “Saltz” and “Good Food Syndicate” as well as “Weingut Jülg”, “Winzerbrüder” and “House of Suntory”.
