With the arrival of spring, we turn our attention to the asparagus season. Our new seasonal asparagus menu celebrates this classic ingredient in a variety of preparations – from a delicate asparagus soup with wild garlic to asparagus served as a main course, traditionally accompanied by sauce Hollandaise or clarified butter.
